: Bonsai or Ukiyoe in Japanese culture.

: Recognition of Japanese culture bonsai.

: If you can contribute to the bonsai town in Saitama prefecture.

: About 2 years.
DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
: I referred to the taste of Ukiyoe.
DI: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?
: It is not used or requested. I will continue to produce it in the future.
DI: What made you design this particular type of work?
: I have not.
DI: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work?
: Katsushika Hokusai, Kitagawa Utamaro, Tosyusai syaraku.
DI: Who is the target customer for his design?
: A young Japanese.
DI: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?
: It is a bonsai as it is.
DI: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?
: Photoshop.
DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?
: Pretending to know and not knowing.
DI: What is the most unique aspect of your design?
: Pretending to know and not knowing.
DI: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills?
: I thought about the design by myself. However, I got a lot of cooperation on shooting.

: Nothing in particular.
DI: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?
: I studied the culture and history of Edo era.
DI: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?
: We arrange kimono with bonsai with goods.
DI: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?
: There was a contact of the offer to the homepage.
DI: What did you learn or how did you improve yourself during the designing of this work?
: I thought that I wanted to show a person like life-size, not a representation of a small world.
