DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
: The idea of the logo is relevant to the business and founders.
DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
: What I wanted to achieve is the first image of the logo from which it can describe what the business is.
DI: How long did it take you to design this particular concept?
: The concept takes me around an hour when I'm on my way back home. After I come up with this concept, I started to do some research and drawing.
DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
: I decided to pursue an inspiration. The clients gave me a lot of space to try different directions.
DI: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?
: I produce the logo all by myself, from concept to production.
DI: What made you design this particular type of work?
: Whenever I got a project, I always wanted to design something deep relation design to connect with clients industry, not just a graphic or vector.
DI: Who is the target customer for his design?
: HiFi Lovers.
DI: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?
: The logo is deeply related to the name of the company N&E Audio.
DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?
: Adobe Illustration
DI: What is the most unique aspect of your design?
: Combine the company names and the signature of sounds.
DI: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?
: Yes, I did a research about the sounds theory, shapes and different type of sound waveform.
DI: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?
: The primary challenge of this design is mixed abstract waveform and N, E shapes. In the beginning, the client said they like the idea of the logo, but worried people don't understand the meaning of the logo. They tried to make it more like a text font as a standard, I adhere to explain the idea and social perspective to them, and they finally use the logo.
DI: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?
: I wanted to test my design levels and challenge myself that faces an international jury to judge my design.
