DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
IDS : The concept of dynamic and movement of buildings represent the evolution, motion, progress and continuous development of human beings physically and spiritually. Reflecting on the user, breaking monotony and boredom, spreading the spirit of vitality and excitement. The buildings turn from the state of stability to an active project where interactions between inside/out happen simultaneously - which is confirmed by introducing outdoor business terraces, open to sky courtyards for penthouse offices, irregular open spaces.
DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
IDS : Creating a pleasant work space for the user, having enough open spaces, common workspaces, retail in the lower levels - anything that would make the employees happy to and excited to come to work which will impact their wellbeing and productivity.
DI: What are your future plans for this award winning design?
IDS : We are looking forward to watch the project being built and operating the way we imagined it - they already started the construction phase.
DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
IDS : The project is commissioned by The Ark Development and we were hired to come up with the Business district concept design.
DI: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?
IDS : The design was done for a specific Developer
DI: What made you design this particular type of work?
IDS : Because we love architecture and it's very inspiring to work in a business/commercial complex
DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?
IDS : We used Autocad, Photoshop, 3D Max
