DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
AB : Most of all I am inspired by people, their traditions, characters, stories, fates. And of course, the extraordinary beauty of our planet.
DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
AB : I was very inspired by the idea of the Great Silk Road. This adventure, and surprise, and anticipation, and loss, and knowledge, and new discoveries, and extraordinary nature, and the most important idea of uniting East and West, which is very close to me. I wanted to tell you about it in a beautiful design language that is accessible to me.
