DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
: 2016 North America Nextgen Leaders Academy” is a North American integration conference held in New York as part of the Vision 2020 project hosted by World-OKTA North America. The particular event was co-sponsored by chapters in 12 regions based in North America. It aims to develop a long-term plan by 2020 while continuously promoting, managing and supporting the next generation of leaders through this conference.
DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
: “2016 North America Nextgen Leaders Academy” logo was designed to illustrate the concept of the Vision 2020 project with dignity and enthusiasm while aiming to revitalize the importance and meaning of the conference by the participants during their time within the conference.
DI: What are your future plans for this award winning design?
: All venue of conference will use different logos each year while maintaining the same concept until 2020. Not only does it mean unity of the logo, but it also implies the successful integration of the organizations based on diversified regions and conferences.
DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
: I decide to pursuit an inspiration.
DI: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?
: The organization and I have the production rights.
DI: What made you design this particular type of work?
: I like the organization's goal and plan. The organization aims to develop continuously promoting, managing and supporting the next generation of leaders.
DI: Who is the target customer for his design?
: World-OKTA members and next generation of leaders.
DI: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?
: The symbol of the logo rotates clockwise every year.
DI: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?
: The name of the design is provided by the organization.
DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?
: My hands and Adobe creative suite
DI: What is the most unique aspect of your design?
: The symbol of the logo rotates clockwise every year. The rotation of the symbol means "future, progress, advancement". As it rotates by 90 degrees every year, it represents 3, 6, 9, 12 o'clock and “East, West, South, North”.

: Realize an ideal design

: Research about the organization and communicate with members from 12 regions based in North America

: I'd like to share my idea and want to show the organization how much this design is valuable
