DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
: The main inspiration behind the design was nature and its creations, in this particular case the vegetables.
DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
: The main focus in this project was elevating the quality of vegetable can design.
DI: What are your future plans for this award winning design?
: I would like to continue the vegetable can design line with more products.

: This particular concept was created in 1 month.
DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
: I wanted to explore the idea of art packaging for vegetables cans.
DI: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?
: I can lease the rights for production.
DI: What made you design this particular type of work?
: I made this project because I'm a big fan of gourmet products.
DI: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work?
: I was influenced by street art from Paris.
DI: Who is the target customer for his design?
: The target customer for this design is middle- higher class.
DI: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?
: What sets the design apart from similar concepts is the new innovating perspective that is exploring and the hand-made illustration.
DI: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?
: The name of this design came from the origin of the products.
DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?
: I used hand crafted illustrations & drawing, rendering computer programs.
DI: What is the most unique aspect of your design?
: The most unique aspect of the design is the engraved illustrations on the aluminum can, that can be reused after it is finished.
DI: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills?
: This project was entirely my concept.
DI: What is the role of technology in this particular design?
: The technology helped me illustrate better the essence of the product.
DI: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?
: Yes. I analyzed the target customers and tried to improve their buying experience.
DI: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?
: The challenges of this project was creating some black line illustrations that could capture the large amount of details that the vegetables have.
DI: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?
: I think that international competitions are a very good opportunity to present innovating ideas.
DI: What did you learn or how did you improve yourself during the designing of this work?
: I learned to explore more design options : playing with color, black and white contrasts, simple line illustration versus more complex visual representations.
