DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?

: Art Nouveau carving style

DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?

: Re newing and re freshing the burried art nouveau style to be used in nowadays luxurious wood products

DI: What are your future plans for this award winning design?

: This award encourages me to challenge more designs for excellence

DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?

: I was just inspired by this style which I always loved

DI: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?

: I produce my work myself in my factory

DI: What made you design this particular type of work?

: My love to the Art Nouveu carving

DI: Who is the target customer for his design?

: Palace and Big Villa Owners

DI: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?

: The high level carving precision and the outstanding design

DI: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?

: It describes the product

DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?

: Pencil and paper then computer

DI: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills?

: Yes my Carpenters and carvers

DI: What is the role of technology in this particular design?

: very poor role because we apply old techniques in manufacturing or products to keep the rich taste and texture of genuine handmade crafts

DI: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?

: Art Nouveau articles in historic books of design

DI: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?

: Depth of carving reaching 28 cm
