DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
: Our design philosophy is about creating something new or improving the existing. We aimed to integrate nature into the space, providing the pleasure of barbecue indoors while maintaining a connection to nature.
DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
: Our main focus was to offer a comfortable barbecue experience at every table. We wanted to ensure that guests did not feel disconnected from nature despite being indoors.
DI: What are your future plans for this award winning design?
: We plan to develop new projects with similar concepts and introduce this concept to a wider audience. Our goal is to offer sustainable and innovative solutions.
DI: How long did it take you to design this particular concept?
: It took approximately six months to design this concept, with careful and meticulous work at every step.
DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
: This concept was inspired by the idea of combining indoor and outdoor barbecue experiences, with a user-centric approach to meet their needs and expectations.
DI: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?
: Currently, it is being implemented as a special order, but we may consider licensing options for similar projects in the future.
DI: What made you design this particular type of work?
: The popularity of barbecuing and the idea of bringing this experience indoors motivated us. We aimed to combine functionality and aesthetics to improve the user experience.
DI: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work?
: We were inspired by modern restaurant designs and the integration of nature into spaces. The cultural heritage of Istanbul also enriched our projects.
DI: Who is the target customer for his design?
: Our target customers are barbecue enthusiasts and those seeking a comfortable dining experience.
DI: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?
: This design offers a unique barbecue experience that integrates nature, allowing guests to cook at every table.
DI: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?
: Sivekar represents hospitality and comfort, reflecting the cultural richness of Istanbul.
DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?
: We used 3D modeling software, CAD drawing tools, and visualization techniques.

: Providing a barbecue experience indoors while maintaining a connection with nature.

: We collaborated with interior designers, lighting experts, and kitchen equipment designers. Teamwork brought together different perspectives.
