DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?

JK : I obtain inspirations from a variety of movie clips, and photographs or illustration artwork from many artists. Then I try to find my ideas and themes with which I can communicate with other people, and put them all together to create a whole new design of mine.

DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?

JK : We human beings are born with our own characters and we carry them over to our death. My design depicts those inseparable relations.

DI: What are your future plans for this award winning design?

JK : I hope to have my work exhibited as many places as possible.

DI: How long did it take you to design this particular concept?

JK : It took me over four weeks.

DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?

JK : I normally enjoy doing works of Sci-fi illustrations, and one day, an idea pops into my head. I thought It’d be fun to pursue my idea.

DI: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?

JK : It has not yet been published, and I have’t decided what to do with it.

DI: What made you design this particular type of work?

JK : It all started from one funny imagination. Something is stuck on your face and lives with you for the rest of your life.

DI: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work?

JK : I did the work all by myself.

DI: Who is the target customer for his design?

JK : People of all ages and gender.

DI: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?

JK : It's the idea that a car is stuck on a person’s face.

DI: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?

JK : We all have an innate trait that we want to hide something in ourselves. I think it is kind of something crazy. And it is supposed to come from our head. That’s how it’s got a name Crazy Head.

DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?

JK : I mostly use paper for sketch and use digital programs.

DI: What is the most unique aspect of your design?

JK : The way the man gazes at the car. His eyes say that he wonders what it is but he can’t take it off his face.

DI: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills?

JK : I worked alone.

DI: What is the role of technology in this particular design?

JK : It's easy way to move and erase some object for layout. So I can fix it in a short time to the way of what i want.

DI: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?

JK : It’s not influenced by any data or analytical research. It just took me a great amount of time to think about what kind of car I would use.

DI: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?

JK : This type of artwork was pretty new to me. So I worked on it without knowing for sure how people would respond to it.

DI: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?

JK : I was invited to go in for the competition through an email. I thought it was a scam at first but then I realized it would be a good opportunity to make myself known.

DI: What did you learn or how did you improve yourself during the designing of this work?

JK : Now I wish to create more designs as a series using more various people and different object.
