DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
YK : Inspired by the COVID19,I have been at home for a long time,some ideas generated.
DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?
YK : The epidemic restricts some of our actions and the grey film represents the invisible wall that gives the viewer the idea to tear off the film.
DI: What are your future plans for this award winning design?
YK : I am happy to have my ideas recognized, and I will continue to create concept photography in the future.
DI: How long did it take you to design this particular concept?
YK : The idea came to me during the isolation period. It took half a month to implement it.
DI: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
YK : The idea of wanting to go out inspired me to design this piece. This is my own independent design.

YK : Inner Emotions
DI: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?
YK : During the epidemic, one can only do monotonous, repetitive, and limited things in one's house. So named limited space .
DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?
YK : Nikon camera, 24-70mmF2.8LENS, Mac-pc and somelights,photoshop
DI: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills?
YK : Yes, I need a make-up artist and a model
DI: What is the role of technology in this particular design?
YK : From the construction of the picture from the idea to the finished product of a process
DI: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?
YK : It will not be affected. This is a shot for myself.
DI: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?
YK : The most difficult is how to make the light more uniform, reduce the shadow and how to make the thin film non reflective
DI: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?
YK : In my area, the acceptance of conceptual photography is not yet so high.
DI: What did you learn or how did you improve yourself during the designing of this work?
YK : Every creation is a journey, you don't know what "surprise" awaits you ahead, sometimes there will be unexpected things appear, when solving problems is the process of self-improvement. I accumulate more creative ideas, such as watching movies, listening to songs, reading books, those that move me will become my inspiration when I create!
