: The design concept is derived from country estate villas of the 18th century France complete with Corinthian capital, baseboard, and crown moulding. The soft colour palette from ivory to pastel was used in the entire villa to create an inviting and relaxing living environment while possessing a sense of luxury. Together with the French classical floral relief motif on the ceiling, Boiserie wall panels and Trompe-l’œil scenes that are displayed throughout the Interior space, these elegant interiors speak to the discerning buyers of this exclusive development.
: Soft ivories and pastels are used to re-create a genteel French country flavor with splashes of regal jewel tones used to accentuate the formal salons and masculine recreation chambers. Silver leaf, Boiserie wall panels and Trompe-l’œil scenes add the pièce de résisitanace for this aristocratic garden villa.

: The conceptual analysis phase of this project drove the merging of a French classical style interior with local Chinese culture and presented an interesting challenge. The use of Chinoiserie furniture, arts and accessories from the late 18th century France into this show villa reflect the close ties of this period with the prevalent influences of the Chinese culture. Unique accessories were acquired to re-enact this glamorous era; a Portuguese copper steam distiller from Ai-Ambig (founded in 1837) for the distillation of essential oils upon arrival in the entry; an antique tellurian shaped cigarette musical box and whisky tasting set from Scotland become a blindfolded tasting event of Scotch in the lower level bar; a pair of limited edition porcelain tigers by Derosa with a tea set from Haviland set the stage for an afternoon tea on the first floor.

: he model room exhibits delicate and exquisite furnishings which preserve classic style during the most prosperous period of French art. Most of the furniture has a beautiful curvature, showing the shape of the natural curve. Some of the furnishings are of the mahogany Chippendale(Chippendale) style. The patterns, wood carvings, and the shape of the roof of the temple are from the Chinese inspiration, showing the period of French's use of Chinese culture, and how China learns from the West.
